Problems when trying to change password - Help requested

Hello,
errors occur when I try to change my password in Wunderlist ("Authentification problem).

Does anyone have the same problem?

How can it be fixed?

Hello Nicoletta,

I’m sorry for the problem. On which device are you experiencing the issue?
Please also log out from your Wunderlist account and log back in. After that try again to change the password. If that fails, log out and request a new password with the forgot password button. A new password will be send to your email address. You can login with that password and change it later in the settings.

I'm having the same problem. I've tried on Firefox and Internet Explorer both running Windows 7. I reset the password and when I go back in to change it, one of two things happens. If I just enter a new password and leave the email blank, I get the "Authentication problem" message. If I enter my old email address (I don't want to change that) and enter a new password it just seems to hang there.

Same here. Forgot password so I requested a new one. The settings gave me the "Authentication problem" message (very informative ;-)).

Marcel pointed me in the right direction though - if I type the new password manually IT WORKS (I always copy-pasted it before and that doesn't work). Strange that makes so much difference (I sense a javascript-validation related bug-feature).

#2 the whole form is strange - why include the "new email" field along with the password change - that's confusing and only gave me another error (address already exists)
#3 sometimes the button stopped to work (only in FF I think)

btw tested on: Fedora Core 15 64bit, Firefox 8, Chrome 16.0.912.63

I am having the same issue. Nicely designed interface but the password window seems strange and buggy.
