Wunderlist lost all my data!! How can I re-import my wunderlist.db back into the program?

Hey,

All my data was lost for no reason whatsoever. I read through the FAQs here, and was able to find my local wunderlist.db file. It's very cryptic though and I lots of entries in my lists. How can I re-implement my database file back into the program?
