Why share my Wunderlist tasks?
Sharing is human nature. It's also a great way to get things done more efficiently with the participation of friends, family and work colleagues.
Any list you create in Wunderlist is available to share with anyone. All you have to do is send them an invitation. If they are already using Wunderlist, they can synchronize their version to view the list. Super-simple sharing. From here your friends/family/colleagues can add new tasks to the list or edit/delete existing ones. You can also change the access to your shared list at any time by hitting the shared icon again (to delete or add participants). Online collaboration has never been so seamless!
How do I share a list?
You can share an existing list at any time by hitting the sharing icon to the right of the list name. On the iPhone or iPad you can tap the Sharing icon in the list overview and add participants to your list. If your friend already has a Wunderlist account, the list will be shared immediately. They simply need to refresh their list. If your friend doesn't have an account, they will get an invitation email from us to join the Wunderlist experience. After their registration, please share the list again with them.
Can I remove someone from a shared list?
Sure! You can change the access to your shared list(s) at any time by hitting the shared icon again (to delete or add participants).
