To analyze crash reports we need your log files. These files contain critical information that help us troubleshoot problems precisely. If you have any problems running Wunderlist (like fatal errors or anything of that nature), please send us your error report.
What helps us most are detailed error reports:
- Send us screenshots if you can
- Send us a very detailed description of how the error occured (we always try and replicate your issue/s)
