Installation Problems on Mac or Windows

Titanium is the most common cause of installation errors. You should try using the uninstall guide here on the knowledge base and then try reinstalling. Until an update to Titanium is released you can use the Web version of Wunderlist at www.wunderlist.com. If you have any further questions, please send an email to: support@6wunderkinder.com

Problems with the App on OSX Lion

If the app is crashing after your upgrade to Lion, do the following: Uninstall Wunderlist completely (read this article for detailed information) and download the app again from the Mac App Store.

My Mac version is crashing, when I try to login. What can I do to stop these crashes?

For those who are experiencing start up/login/sync/log out crashes, we've got a fix. Do the following:

  • Open System Preferences
  • Click Network
  • Click Advanced
  • Choose Proxies
  • Deactivate the option for Auto Proxy Discovery
  • Save the setting by clicking OK
  • Then click 'Apply' on the main network window.

Mail2Task via Outlook

Outlook formats every message to HTML, which Wunderlist does not currently support. Please format your text to plain text before sending. If you have any further questions, please send an email to: support@6wunderkinder.com

Proxy Support

Unfortunately Wunderlist for Desktop does not support proxy servers. The problem is related to the use of the Titanium Framework - a third-party issue that requires an update.
