How do I create task?
Just click in the input field on the top of every list to write your task and then press Done.
How do I rename a task?
To rename a task tap on it. Click into the name field to edit it's name.
How do I move a task to another list?
Tap on the task you wish to move. In the following screen tap on 'lists' and then on the list you want the task to move to.
How do I complete a task?
To complete a task tap on the checkbox on the left. To reactivate a task, repeat the process. If you want to reactivate a task later, go the 'Done Tasks' view by tapping on 'More' at the bottom of the screen.
How do I delete a task?
Tap on a task and hold. Tap on 'Delete Tasks' then.
How do I enter a due date for a task?
To enter a due date tap on a task, click on due date and specify the date you wish.
How do I add a note to a task?
You can add a note by tapping on a task and then tapping 'Note'.
How can I see all tasks or all completed tasks?
To see all tasks, tap on 'More' and then on 'All'. The same way for all completed tasks.
How can I see all starred tasks?
To see all starred tasks go to the overview of your lists and tap on the star icon at the bottom of the screen.
How long are completed tasks kept for?
Forever, if you don't delete them. You can take a look at all of them in the 'Done Tasks' view.
How do I add a list?
It is easy to add a new list. View all of your lists, and tap on the input field at the top. Add a list name and tap on 'Done'.
How many lists can I create?
Wunderlist is unlimited. You can add as many lists as you want.
How do I rename a list?
Tap on a list and hold. Tap on "Rename list".
How do I delete a list?
Tap on a list and hold. Then tap "Delete list".
Can I change the background of the app?
We put some great backgrounds in Wunderlist. You can change the background easily if you press the Menu button on your phone, tap on Settings and then on Background. Now you can choose your favourite Wunderlist background.
Can I add my own background?
Sorry, but you are not able to add custom backgrounds in the current version of Wunderlist for Android.
How can I set a reminder for a task?
You can assign an email reminder and a notification to a task. Tap on the task name, tap on Reminder and the tap on the checkmark for email and/or Android notification. Now you can enter a specific time for when you would like to receive a reminder. After that, press save.
How do I synchronize?
To synchronize your data press the Menu button on your phone while being in the list overview or inside a certain list. Then tap on sync and your data will be saved and refreshed.
How do I use the Widget?
To set up a Widget, tap and hold the homescreen of your device. Tap on 'Widget' and then on 'Wunderlist'. In the Widget you will see all tasks due for today. Tap on one of the tasks to get into its details. Tap on the plus icon or anywhere else on the Widget to get into the view for today's task. There you can add tasks, which will automatically have the due date for today.
