How do I create task?
Just click on the input field at the top of every list to quickly create a task, then press 'Done'. To add a note, reminder or to star the item during its creation, use the '+' sign at the top right of the screen for these additional options.
How do I rename a task?
Tap on the task you want to rename and a popup will appear. Click on the task's name and the iPad keyboard will slide up - allowing you to edit it.
How can I sort my tasks?
Simply tap on the pen icon at the top right. By clicking on the three stripes to the right of every task, you will be able to drag and rearrange tasks.
How do I move a task to another list?
To move a task to another list, please tap on the task. On the following screen tap on 'list'. Here you can now check the list you wish to assign the task to, and tap 'Done'.
How do I complete a task?
To complete a task, tap on the checkbox to the left of its name. To reactivate a task, repeat the process.
How do I delete a task?
Tap on the pen icon at the top right. Every task will now have a red delete button to the left - use this to delete desired tasks. You can also swipe on the task and press the 'Delete' button to the right.
How do I enter a due date for a task?
To enter a due date tap on the task. In the popup window tap on due date and specifiy the date you wish.
How do I add a note to a task?
You can add a note by tapping on a task and then tapping 'Note'.
How can I see all of my tasks?
Click on the infinity symbol at the bottom left of the screen..
How can I see all of my completed tasks?
Click on the three dots '...' at the bottom left of the screen. In the popup window, hit 'Done'.
How can I see all of my starred tasks?
To see all of your starred tasks, tap on the star icon at the bottom left of the screen.
How long are completed tasks kept for?
Forever (if you don't delete them).
How do I synchronize my Wunderlist?
Simply press the arrow icon at the top left of the screen. A floating window will appear, indicating the sync progress. When this window dissapears, synchronization is complete.
How do I add a list?
It is easy to add a new list. Tap the '+' sign near the top left of the screen. In the following popup, specify a name for the list.
How many list can I create?
Wunderlist is unlimited. You can add as many lists as you want.

Can I share a list with other Wunderlist users?
Absolutely. You can share a list at any time by firstly selecting the list you want to share, then by tapping the sharing icon at the top right of the screen. In the popup, tap 'Share This List'. In the next window, you can type in the recipient's email address or choose to send it to an existing contact via 'Choose From Contacts'. When finished, tap 'Send Invitation' at the top right of the popup window.
Can I unshare a list with other Wunderlist users?
Enter the list you want to unshare, and tap on the sharing icon at the top right of the screen. To unshare the list, hit the big red 'Unshare List Completely' button.
Can I change the background of the app?
Wunderlist comes bundled with some gorgeous backgrounds. Selecting a new background is easy. Tap on the cog icon near the top left of the screen. In the following popup, tap on background. Here you can choose your desired background.
Can I add my own background?
Sorry, but you are not able to add custom backgrounds in the current iPad version of Wunderlist.
